“Dear Ted: After approximately two months of usage I want to let you know my impression of the Trane XL1400 unit that your firm installed at my home. We have had the opportunity to use the unit for both heat and air conditioning and have been extremely impressed with the unit in both modes in terms of the way it operates, its’ efficiency and quietness. Having endured a competitor’s heat pump for the past eleven years, it was a foreign concept to think of a heat pump that actually produces warm air without the aid of resistive heat! I knew I had made the right choice when Ted returned my call within 30 minutes on Labor Day and offered to survey the damage within the hour.
